Oak Furniture Care Instructions

The Geneva , St Tropez, Olde English, Florence ,Quadrille Oak ranges are made from solid oak. Every piece is hand made so no two items will ever be exactly the same.

As with all woods it has natural features to enjoy such as cracked knots slightly different shading of the wood and variations in the grain.

All items are supplied with packaging to avoid damage during delivery.

To keep the lacquer looking as good as possible we recommend the furniture is cleaned regularly using natural wax based polish.

Spillages should be avoided and need to be cleaned off immediately using a soft dry cloth.

NEVER USE CHEMICALS OR ANY ABRASIVE MATERIALS ON ANY OAK PRODUCTS.

Pine Furniture Care Instructions

The FD Richmond range is made from solid pine.

Every piece is hand made and has natural features to enjoy such as cracked knots, slightly different shading of the wood and variations in the grain.

Painted and traditional lacquer finishes need just to be wiped with a soft lightly damp cloth and then dried with a soft dry cloth. Waxed finishes need to be lightly waxed very occasionally (years as apposed to months) with clear wax to regain the luster.

Spillages should be avoided and need to be cleaned off immediately using a soft dry cloth.
